Neuroot - Macht Kaput Wass Euch Kaput Macht, Right Is Might & Plead Insanity
Neuroot were a hardcore punk band, formed in 1982 in Doesburg, The Netherlands by Marcel Stol, with vocalist Schaar, Wouter on guitar and H.P. on drums.
Schaar was replaced by Wouter and Edje joined Neuroot on guitar.
In 1983 a demo was recorded, "Macht Kaput Wass Euch Kaput Macht". The cassette received great reviews by punkfanzines like De Nieuwe Koekrant and MaximumRocknRoll.
In 1985 H.P. was replaced by Django and from 1987 until 1988 Ben played drums in the band.
Neuroot toured during the 80s in countries like The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, U.K. and Germany. After a tour through the U.K. the band split up in 1988.

"Macht Kaput Wass Euch Kaput Macht" by Neuroot is the debut self-released cassette, released in 1983 and reissued in 2009 on Coalition Records and Prügelprinz Records.
The demo was recorded at the studio of the Bauplatz in Venlo, 3 and 10 October 1983.
